Youth Workers from six countries were trained in supporting, motivating and inspiring young people to take up educational challenges.
In Poręba Wielka on April 21-28, 2023, the training course “WE SUPPORT YOU! WE MOTIVATE YOU! WE INSPIRE YOU!” which was attended by a group of 30 youth workers from as many as six countries (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Portugal, Italy). The topic of the training course concerned supporting, motivating and inspiring young people in the process of taking up educational challenges. The most important event during the training course were two sessions conducted by Mr. Marcin Zaród, winner of the national Teacher of the Year award in 2013. Mr. Marcin Zaród gave two lectures, discussed his multimedia presentations and took part in a Q&A. For eight days of the training course, youth workers participating in the project acquired knowledge in the field of supporting, motivating and inspiring young people in the process of taking up scientific challenges, and they also developed innovative methods to achieve the previously indicated goals. The host of the project was the Salamandra Foundation based in Poręba Wielka. The project was financed by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program.
