Barokový objekt z druhej polovice 18. storočia predstavuje reprezentatívny typ meštianskeho domu s uceleným zachovaním architektonických tvaroslovných prvkov. Nad hlavným vstupom sa nachádza erb zemianskej rodiny Čelkovcov. Objekt je prevažne využívaný Mestskou knižnicou.
On Belanského Street there are houses from the first half of the 17th century with Baroque alterations. House no. 9 dates from the second half of the 18th century. It is a baroque two-storey building with a passage in the middle, has a high mansard roof with semicircular windows (nowadays it´s a library).
